We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.  We want you to love your keepsake and will work with you to make things right.

Because our products are handcrafted to your specifications, personalized items cannot be exchanged for a different product. Please contact us if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
